Troy Rohrbaugh – Advisory Board Member
Personal Biography
Troy Rohrbaugh was born in Baltimore, MD on 15 May 1970. He is married with two sons. Troy graduated from the Johns Hopkins University in 1992 with a B.A. in Political Science. He is currently a member of the Johns Hopkins Leadership Forum as well as a Board member and co-Founder of The Frannie Foundation. Troy graduated from Gilman School in 1988 prior to attending university. He is also Chair of Gilman’s Class of ’88 25th Year Reunion Fundraising/Event.
Professional Biography
Troy is the Global Head of Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange and Public Finance at J.P. Morgan. He is a member of key industry groups including the NY Federal Reserve Foreign Exchange Committee, the Bank of England Joint Standing Committee and Chair of the GFMA Foreign Exchange Group. Troy is a member of the Fixed Income Management Team, Chair of the J.P. Morgan Markets Steering Committee and a member of the EMEA Analyst and Associate Development Committee (former Chair). Troy has 20 years of market experience and has managed businesses in New York, London and Tokyo during his career.
Troy joined J.P. Morgan’s Fixed Income business in 2005 as a Managing Director and Global Head of Foreign Exchange Derivatives. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Rohrbaugh was responsible for the North American Foreign Exchange Options business in Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income Group. Troy joined Goldman Sachs from Banque Nationale Paris in Tokyo where he managed the Foreign Exchange Options group for Asia. He began his career in 1992 on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange trading options for the specialist firm CooperNeff, which was purchased by Banque Nationale in 1995.
