Lynda is originally from Baltimore, MD and currently resides there with her husband and two children. Lynda Foertschbeck, Principal, Executive V.P., Principal IRSCompliance, Inc, has more than 30 years experience as a tax compliance professional in the development of tax compliance solutions of regulatory consulting on federal and state information returns and withholding regulations. Prior to joining IRSCompliance (IRSC) Lynda served as a Senior Advisor in the Tax Controversy Unit at Deloitte Tax, as Vice President and Compliance Product Manager at DISC, Incorporated (now CheckFree) and Director of Compliance Services for Moore, BCS.
Lynda’s experience includes the development and enhancement of many proven tax software and service solutions for 1099, W2, 1042S processing and reporting to the IRS, SSA and state agencies. This includes products from: 1099PRO, Convey, FASTTAX, ATSG Inc., MOORE BCS, and CheckFree. Specific areas of contribution have included the direction and development of information reporting products and service lines, regulatory compliance support services and strategic tax solutions for the financial community. IRSC which was established in 2005 by Lynda through a partnership with 1099 Pro, Inc. a leading tax software company to provide managed and expert regulatory services and education to the business community.
IRSC provides full service account management and regulatory processing to many of the Fortune 500 US companies and also publishes several books on State and Federal regulatory guides, live and recorded regulatory training programs.
